SHIPPING INFORMATION
Order Delivery Time:
It is a top priority of Just Pop In! that our online orders ship in a timely manner. Orders typically ship via UPS within 5 business days after they are placed if received by 5pm ET, Monday - Friday. Just Pop In! does not ship on weekends. Orders placed in the month of December may take longer to ship due to high volume of holiday orders.
UPS Ground delivery time varies based on the destination, however most packages are delivered within 1-5 business days from the date they ship out. Because we use UPS for delivery, orders may sometimes be affected by weather or labor conditions beyond our control, therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. All orders ship from our headquarters in Indianapolis, IN.

Please note that once the respective shipping company accepts and scans the package, Just Pop In! does assume liability for any shipping exceptions. Should a package result in loss or damage, we recommend opening a case with the respective shipping company to potentially recover costs.
International Shipping:
Just Pop In! has the capability to ship internationally through UPS and USPS. If you are interested in shipping outside of the U.S., please contact us at orders@justpopinonline.com to place your order.
IN-STORE PICK UP ORDERS
If you would like to place an order for pick up at our Broad Ripple location. Please email orders@justpopinonline.com or call 317.257.9338. Orders are typically ready for pick up within 24-72 hours {holiday season may make turnaround times longer}.
*Please note: All of our popcorn is hand packaged and made-to-order . While we try to accommodate all pick up date/time requests, not all are guaranteed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Just Pop In! popcorn is popped at the start of every business day to ensure all orders are received fresh and delicious. Because all orders are perishable and made to order, there will be no returns or exchanges offered and all sales are final.
ALLERGY INFORMATION
Please see the following recommendations for food allergies:
Peanut: We do not utilize peanuts in our facility. However, some of the ingredients we purchase from other vendors could be made in a factory with peanuts.
Nuts: Our Caramel Nut Crunch popcorn contains almonds & pecans. This flavor is made in the same machinery as our Caramel popcorn but is cleaned between each use.
Vegan: Our classic is made with corn oil and salt. We utilize cheese or butter in all other products. The oil does have a butter flavoring.
Vegetarian: Smoking Goose is the only option that contains meat. The flavor has real bacon.
Gluten: Just Pop In! researches and uses gluten-free items as described and confirmed by our ingredient sources. All flavors are gluten-free with the exception of our Spice of Life collection and other seasoned recipes. Our seasoning sources do not test for gluten; therefore, we cannot confirm. We would recommend a candied flavor for this restriction {Caramel, strawberry, etc.}.
